Microblading & Permanent Makeup
Coastal Massage & Wellness is excited to offer this new service for our clients!
Permanent Makeup (Available August 1st!)
Having thin, uneven, or patchy eyebrows can be challenging. Spending countless hours in front of the mirror, feeling insecure, trying to fix them will make your head spin. Going out at night and worrying if they got smudged or out of place can make you feel hesitant and unsure.
Offering Microblading, Combo Brows, Ombre Brows, Correction Brows, Lip Blushing
Lip Blushing
Lip blushing is semi-permanent, tattooed makeup that tints your lips using a cosmetic tattoo gun (on a low setting) and water-based inks.
Lip Blushing enhances the beauty of the natural lip color, improving the shape of the lips, giving definition and the illusion of fullness.
It can help enhance and even out natural color, or add color if you are lacking any pigment. Like a favorite shade of lipstick plays up and draws attention to your mouth, lip blushing will make your lips look slightly more pronounced, shapely, and voluminous, too.
Microblading $350
Microblading is a cosmetic procedure that inserts pigment under your skin using a needle to give you well-defined, natural looking eyebrows. Generally, results can last from 18 to 30 months depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how often you get touch-ups.
Combo Brows $350
Combo brows is a combination of two forms of semi-permanent techniques: microblading and powder brows (shading). Microblading hair-strokes are placed with a manual tool around the border of the brow to give the brow a natural look.
Ombré Eyebrows $350
Ombre Eyebrows is a semi-permanent method of shading the brow to perfect their shape, fill in sparse areas, and create a gradient effect.
How Long Does Lip Blushing Last?
Technically, Lip blushing is permanent. But like all permanent makeup, the blush tattoo will fade in 1 to 2 years. Also depends on how you care for your lips, your lifestyle, and your skin type. To keep the perfect soft lip color, you should try to come in for a touch-up at least once per year. The price for your touch-up varies depending on how long you wait. With good care and touch-ups at least once per year, your lip blush will last as long as you want it to!

What is the Healing Process?
The entire healing process will take from 4-6 weeks depending on your body regeneration and age. Your new eyebrows will go through several phases during the healing cycle. The pigment will appear very unnatural looking immediately after the procedure. The color of the pigment will appear much darker the next day.
How often do I need a touchup?
We recommend yearly touch ups to keep the color fresh. It varies from client to client, but it can be 9 months to 2 years, depending on the client’s skin type and lifestyle.
Who is suited for this procedure?
Clients with normal skin are perfect candidates for microblading, not too oily or sensitive. Our Master Artist will sometimes suggest Combo Brows for client’s with moderately oily skin and oily skin clients are better suited for Powder Brows. Our consultation process will assess your eyebrows and skin by asking you a few questions and based on your answers it will recommend a certain technique (Microblading, Powder brows, or Combo brows) and the artist best suited for you.
Who is not a candidate for microblading?
Anyone with oily skin. Oily skin will cause the hairstrokes to become thicker over time. The oil in the skin causes the pigment underneath the skin to disperse. If you suspect you have oily skin, we offer a consultation over text.
Just text us a photo of your skin without makeup at its normal level of oily-ness and one of our Master Artists will evaluate your skin and make their best recommendation. Clients with oily skin are better suited for Powder Brows.
