Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hour in advance will be required to pay for the full service amount.
All refunds requested will be subject to a $5 fee.
To ensure the best experience for all our guests enjoying couples massages or packages, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
